Think i have been overdoing it and burning too much of the midnight oil, i caught my second cold in the last few months and after not having had one in the last couple of years.
Summer came for a few days and now they are saying that might have been it for this year. What!! i haven't had my summer holiday yet. Come back sun.
G'son came round today and got all his golden locks cut off. He now has a little bit of blond fuzz on the top of his head. I must admit that is how i like it. Not such a big chance of catching nits that way.
G'daughter seemed to have swallowed a cup full of cheek before she came so i wasn't so happy with her. It's a hard age 11 1/2.
We have a new minister about to start at church on 1st Sept. We have been without one for a year and the one before was ill for the whole of the 5 years she was with us and then left suddenly so we are hoping that things will get back to normal, we have had a hard 6 years.
We are trying to find a new car for my daughter, not easy when none of us are car experts. We are looking for a Skoda Fabia diesel, a car we know about as we are on our second and hubby is involved with delivering Skoda spare parts so we know not much goes wrong with them. But because they are so reliable not many come up for sale and when they do we ask ourselves why. Can't win can we.
Well i said this was a this and that post i haven't done much other than gone to work and nursed my cold. Ah well, it is preferable to drama.

I hope that cold goes away soon for you. Summer is the worse time for a cold. Get lots of rest and drink plenty of orange juice. That's my rememdy when I get one. Take good care ! 'On ya' -ma
Oh dear so many people I know have summer colds.right now.I like lads hair short too.As for your grandaughter I do not see mine too much,the one your Grandaughters age.They re in Portugal on holiday right now, but her Dad tells me she has started being cheeky,though he doesn't let her get away without some punishment I don't think.She is always polite to me though,so thats all i'm worried about.I have dealt with my four it's there turn now to deal witht theres LOL!! I hope you get Back to normal with the church .Keep searching for that car it will crop up sometime.It always comes to those who wait.So the saying goes.Rest with that cold too.Feet up and relax.Take Care God Bless Kath

That seems to be an awkward age they are coming uo to puberty ,neither child nor adult ,it must be confusing ,oh the fisrt grown up haircut ,sad and happy ..hope your cold soon goes away ....love Jan xx
So sorry you have another cold it can be awful at this time of year. I find being retired that I can catch cold if my g-daughter has one and she visits its sods law you love a visit. Hope you find a car OK .Love Joan.

summer colds stink. 2 of my kids have them now and they are so miserable. Hope it clears soon and good luck on finding that car for your daughter
